Father, forgive me by the Blood of my Savior Jesus Christ, for all involvement I have had with the occult.  (The deep things of Satan)  I repent of seeking for You in all the wrong places.  I rebuke all involvement with Ouija boards, Tarot cards, mind controlling drugs, (illegal and prescription), distilled spirits, séances, any experience with a witch or medium, astrologer or eastern religion. (yoga, Karate, etc.)

Forgive me for consulting physics, hypnotists and please take any and all vain and false idols.  I want to walk righteous before thee, O Lord.
